# Configure Your Schedule, Daily Limits, and Channels

> Set run times, daily action caps, channel routing, and follow-up spacing so each seat operates at the right pace and on the right channels.

Open **Settings → Schedule** to configure each seat individually. A seat owns its run schedule and daily limits. Follow-up counts and delivery mode are shared settings that apply across all seats.

## Configure the run time

For each seat, complete these steps:

<Steps>
  <Step title="Select the representative">
    Choose the sales rep whose LinkedIn and email accounts will execute outreach.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enable or disable the schedule">
    Toggle **Schedule enabled** on to run automatically, or leave it off to run only on demand via **Run Now**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose active days">
    Select the days of the week the seat should run.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Set the start time">
    Pick the time of day the run begins.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirm the timezone">
    Verify the timezone matches the representative's working location.
  </Step>
</Steps>

The dashboard schedules one complete run per active day. When scheduling is off, the seat remains inactive until you trigger **Run Now** manually.

<Warning>
  Treat the scheduled window as an automation period. Do not use LinkedIn manually while a run is active — concurrent activity can cause unexpected behavior. Allow roughly two to five hours for a full run, depending on your configured volume.
</Warning>

## Set daily action limits

Limits are per seat and reset each calendar day. Use them to control pace during warm-up and to stay within comfortable activity levels.

| Limit                   | What it controls                                                              |
| ----------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Connection requests** | New LinkedIn invitations sent. The dashboard caps this setting at 20 per day. |
| **Messages** | New personalized messages generated for the day. |
| **Outreach** | LinkedIn messages ready to send in a single run. |
| **Emails** | Initial outbound emails. Leave empty to follow the Outreach limit. |
| **Follow-up emails**    | Due email follow-ups sent that day.                                           |
| **Follow-up LinkedIn**  | Due LinkedIn follow-ups sent that day.                                        |

The **Next run** count shown on the Home dashboard is the smaller of your eligible contacts and the relevant daily limit. Contacts beyond the cap remain queued and are picked up in a later run.

Start with conservative limits and increase them gradually through the warm-up period. A normal Sales Navigator plan supports roughly 100 contacts per week per account as a ceiling. Higher SSI may allow more, but neither reach nor account safety is guaranteed. keinsaas applies available safety measures; you remain responsible for following [LinkedIn hygiene rules](/safety/linkedin-hygiene).

## Choose the channel behavior

For each seat, select one of these channel modes:

* **Always** — both LinkedIn and email run as configured.
* **Off** — no LinkedIn actions are taken; email can still run.
* **Prioritize emails** — email outreach runs first; LinkedIn follows only afterward.

You can also enable optional inactive-profile rules to route dormant LinkedIn profiles to email only, and configure post-like warm-up to like up to two recent posts before sending a connection request.

## Configure follow-ups

The client-wide maximum follow-up counts are:

* up to **3 email follow-ups**
* up to **1 LinkedIn follow-up**

Set either channel's follow-up count to `0` to turn it off entirely. Follow-ups are spaced by working days, not calendar days:

| Follow-up                     | When it sends                                      |
| ----------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------- |
| First follow-up (any channel) | 4 working days after the previous message |
| Second email follow-up        | 7 working days after the previous email follow-up  |
| Third email follow-up         | 10 working days after the previous email follow-up |

A reply on either channel stops all automated follow-ups across both channels for that prospect.

## Save and verify

After saving your schedule settings, return to **Home** and confirm:

* [ ] **Schedule** shows **Active** for every seat you intended to enable
* [ ] **Daily limits** reflect the combined capacity across active seats
* [ ] **Approval** shows the delivery mode you configured
* [ ] **Next run** count reflects the expected caps

If a seat's schedule shows as off, **Run Now** is still available for manual runs at any time.
