# Sales Agent: configure, run, and operate your pipeline

> Configure your audience and scoring rules, control the full outreach pipeline, and operate the Sales Agent safely across LinkedIn and email.

The keinsaas Sales Agent finds and researches business prospects, prepares personalized outreach, and works through LinkedIn and email on your schedule. You control the audience, message rules, daily limits, approvals, and when automation stops.

## Before your first live run

Make sure you have:

* confirmed your [ICP and scoring rules](/configure/icp-and-scoring)
* connected the LinkedIn and email accounts for each active seat
* reviewed your [messaging playbook](/configure/messaging-playbook)
* chosen a [schedule, daily limits, and delivery mode](/configure/schedule-and-limits)
* added customers, competitors, and active deals to the [blacklist](/configure/blacklist)
* checked the [Next run queue](/operate/next-run-queue)

<Warning>
  Do not use LinkedIn manually while an automation run is active or during its scheduled working window. Account safety cannot be guaranteed. You are responsible for following the [LinkedIn hygiene rules](/safety/linkedin-hygiene).
</Warning>

## The operating loop

1. Add or discover contacts.
2. Let the agent score and research candidates.
3. Review what is ready in the Next run queue.
4. Approve messages when your delivery mode requires it.
5. Watch replies and take over qualified conversations.
6. Set an outcome to stop automation when a person enters your sales process.
