Open Add to Pipeline to supply the Sales Agent with contacts. You can submit Sales Navigator sources, upload a list you already own, or search companies already in the dashboard.

Submit URLs

Collect people or companies from saved Sales Navigator searches and lists.

Upload CSV

Import a list you already own and map every row to a seat.

Search

Find matching contacts at companies already in the dashboard.

Submit Sales Navigator URLs

Paste one or more Sales Navigator URLs. The agent accepts three source types:
  • a saved search whose URL contains savedSearchId
  • a people list whose path contains /lists/people/
  • a company list whose path contains /lists/company/
For each URL, add an optional segment label and an expected result count. The expected count helps estimate size and potential credit use — it is not a guaranteed outcome. Company sources identify organizations but still require a separate contact search to find individuals. People sources already point to specific contacts but can still require research, enrichment, scoring, and filtering before anyone enters the pipeline.

Upload a CSV

Every row in the file must have an owner. Provide the owner column in the file itself or select a seat during the import step. The seat you assign also becomes the owner of the related company record and determines which connected accounts handle outreach. The CSV import itself does not consume credits. Subsequent steps — optional research, email lookup, phone lookup, or profile enrichment — may use credits. Before you import, run through this checklist:
  • Remove any records you are not permitted to contact.
  • Include a stable identifier — such as a LinkedIn URL or business email — wherever available.
  • Keep company names and domains consistent across rows.
  • Add existing customers, competitors, partners, and live deals to the blacklist first.

Search existing companies

Select how many companies to process at once, or pick specific companies manually. The search begins with high-priority companies that do not yet have contacts. It applies your Tier 1 titles, fallback roles, location rules, exclusions, and the Max contacts per company cap from Settings → Targeting.
Search results can consume credits even when a returned candidate later fails granular ideal customer profile (ICP) filters or is removed as a duplicate. Review a small sample before running a large search.

How contacts reach the queue

Adding a contact does not guarantee immediate appearance in every queue. Before a contact becomes an active prospect, the agent checks all of the following:
  1. Company blacklist — the company must not be blocked.
  2. Owner and active-seat assignment — the contact must be assigned to a seat that is currently active.
  3. Pipeline ICP threshold — the contact’s score must meet or exceed the configured minimum.
  4. Available channel and contact data — a reachable LinkedIn profile or valid email address must be present.
  5. Current status — the contact must not already be active, stopped, or archived.
  6. Daily limit headroom — the next planned action must fit within the seat’s remaining daily allowance.
The Home → Next run cards show every contact that is ready for the upcoming run. Learn how to read the queue.
