Prerequisites
You need:- an active Sales Agent account
- at least one active seat
- a connected LinkedIn account, email account, or both for that seat
- permission to edit client-wide settings if you manage targeting, limits, or approvals
Each seat includes 300 starter credits to fund search and enrichment. Check your balance under Settings → Billing before running large searches.
1
Confirm your audience
Open Settings → Targeting. Review the ideal customer profile (ICP) description, job titles, locations, industries, exclusions, and pipeline threshold. If you change criteria that affect existing scores, use the rescore prompt so old contacts are evaluated against the new rules.
2
Add contacts
Open Add to Pipeline and choose a Sales Navigator search or list, a CSV upload, or contact search at your existing companies.Assign every contact to a seat. The owner determines which account performs the outreach.
3
Review the messaging playbook
Open Settings → Prompts. Check the positioning, proof points, call to action, channel-specific writing style, sign-offs, and email signature.
4
Choose delivery controls
Open Settings → Schedule. For a first run, require LinkedIn message approval or create emails as drafts. Keep the initial daily limits conservative.
5
Protect existing relationships
Add customers, competitors, partners, and active opportunities under Settings → Blacklist. Saving immediately stops matching prospects already in the pipeline.
6
Inspect the next run
Return to Home. The Next run cards show how many contacts are ready for each step and how many fit under the current daily limits.
7
Start the run
Select Run Now for the complete pipeline. Keep LinkedIn closed while the run is active. Follow progress from Activity.
8
Handle messages and replies
Approve or edit queued messages under Messages. When a prospect replies, take over the conversation and set the appropriate outcome when it enters your sales process.
Your first run is complete when Activity shows a terminal status and Home → Next run reflects the remaining queue.
