What “found” means
A found item is data returned by a search or enrichment operation, such as a candidate profile, a business email address, or a phone number. It is not a guarantee that the item satisfies every requirement in your ICP or that it will enter the outreach pipeline. After data is returned, the Sales Agent can still reject or hold an item because of:- granular job-title or location filters
- excluded title patterns
- company or domain blacklist matches
- ICP scoring below your pipeline threshold
- duplicate detection
- wrong-company or identity mismatches
- missing channel eligibility (no email, no LinkedIn profile)
Common credit-using work
Credits are consumed when the Sales Agent performs any of the following on your behalf:- contact search at target companies
- business email lookup
- phone number lookup
- additional research or enrichment requested for a contact
Uploading a CSV yourself does not consume credits. Optional enrichment you trigger during or after the import — such as email lookup or phone lookup — can consume credits.

Review your balance before starting a large search or enrichment batch. A low balance can prevent later pipeline stages from obtaining the data they need to progress prospects.
Reduce avoidable usage
Follow these practices to get the most value from your credit balance:- Finalise your ICP and exclusions before running a large search — avoid paying to find candidates you will immediately discard.
- Add your blacklist before importing or searching, so blacklisted companies are excluded from the start.
- Start with a small company sample to validate filter results before scaling up.
- Use a phone-enrichment threshold — only look up phone numbers for prospects who meet a minimum ICP score.
- Avoid re-searching companies that have already been fully processed.
- Correct wrong data promptly so the Sales Agent can use the next available source intentionally rather than retrying the same broken path.
- Review your pipeline threshold — if many found contacts are rejected by scoring, a slightly relaxed or tightened threshold may reduce wasted lookups.
