LinkedIn account safety cannot be guaranteed. keinsaas applies pacing, warm-up, withdrawal, and session-pause measures, but you remain responsible for following these practices throughout your campaign.
Do not use LinkedIn manually while the Sales Agent is active or during a scheduled automation window. Running manual and automated activity at the same time is the single highest-risk behaviour you can control.

Required account practices

Warm up gradually

Plan a gradual warm-up over roughly two months. Start with low daily and weekly limits, then increase them only as the account builds a pattern of normal activity. An SSI above 70 may support higher volume in some situations, but it does not guarantee a specific limit or remove the risk of restriction. Treat the SSI as one signal, not a threshold that unlocks higher activity.

Keep one account per device

Do not run multiple automated LinkedIn accounts from the same device. Keep each account’s session, browser environment, and schedule completely separate.

Renew the session promptly

LinkedIn session cookies require periodic renewal — typically around once a month. During the first month, the account may need additional re-logins while it settles. When you receive a reconnect notification:
1

Pause all activity

Stop any running manual and automated LinkedIn work before proceeding.
2

Sign in to LinkedIn

Open LinkedIn in your browser and sign in to the correct account.
3

Open Account settings

In the Sales Agent, navigate to Settings → Account.
4

Paste the fresh session cookie

Use the reconnect control to paste the updated li_at session cookie value.
5

Wait for confirmation

Do not start a new run until the Sales Agent confirms the session is active.
Never email your session cookie or paste it into a support message. Anyone who holds the li_at value can act as your LinkedIn account.

Respect the configured schedule and limits

Treat roughly 100 Sales Navigator contacts per week per account as the normal planning ceiling. Accounts with higher SSI may be able to sustain more. LinkedIn Premium accounts without Sales Navigator generally support less. Actual platform behaviour can change without notice, and no particular volume is guaranteed. Configure your schedule to match working hours and keep daily limits conservative, especially on newer accounts.

Keep pending invitations under control

A large backlog of unanswered invitations increases restriction risk. The Sales Agent withdraws stale pending invitations at regular intervals so the pending queue stays manageable and allows an email path to continue when a LinkedIn connection is not accepted. Review your pending queue occasionally and avoid sending bursts of invitations outside of normal working patterns.

Safety measures in the product

Depending on your configuration, the Sales Agent can apply the following safeguards automatically:
  • Pacing — distributes actions across daily limits and scheduled windows instead of sending them in bursts
  • Warm-up likes — likes recent posts before a connection request to establish a light signal of prior engagement
  • Inactive-profile skipping — avoids sending invitations to profiles that show no recent activity
  • Cross-channel routing — moves a prospect to email when LinkedIn is unavailable or blocked
  • Reply-detected stop — halts further automated steps on both channels once a reply is detected
  • Human outcome stop — stops every pipeline step immediately after you record an outcome
  • Stale invitation withdrawal — automatically withdraws unanswered invitations beyond a configured age
  • Session pause — pauses scheduled work when a session needs renewal
These measures reduce risk. They do not eliminate it.

If LinkedIn restricts the account

  1. Stop all automation and manual outreach immediately.
  2. Follow LinkedIn’s verification or recovery instructions exactly.
  3. Contact support@keinsaas.com before reconnecting the Sales Agent or resuming any schedule.
Do not attempt to work around a restriction by creating a second account on the same device or network. Read the binding Sales Agent Terms for the complete account-hygiene obligations.
